Will I have expandability further on if I want to add more speakers, or do I need anything else? Also, can I jack my xBox 360 and cable box into the reciever and route through HDMI to the TV?

You have a good setup already…

Eventually you’ll want to add 2 speakers for 7.1 surround, but your setup should sound great.

Yes, you can connect your Xbox and cable box to get Surround AND video switching to the TV set.
